Morgen Smith, Executive Director

 

Morgen Smith was raised in Southeast Alaska and moved to the Yukon in 2006 after living, working, and studying in numerous North American and international locations. She comes to YHRB with a background in social science research and policy, project management, cultural program development, and natural and cultural history interpretation.  Morgen started with YHRB in September of 2008 and is currently the Board’s Executive Director. She enjoys the wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities associated with the position and feels fortunate to work with so many people who have a deep understanding of and appreciation for Yukon’s heritage.
